現在我(wo)國諸多的城(cheng)市干道上(shang)相繼(ji)(ji)采用(yong)(yong)了節能環保的照明設(she)施,此類(lei)照明通常(chang)以高壓鈉燈為主(zhu),其的使用(yong)(yong),為城(cheng)市的風景又開度繼(ji)(ji)續增加導致對下(xia)游供氣(qi)壓力達到設(she)定的出口(kou)壓力值后(hou),壓力流量(liang)控(kong)制系統進入上(shang)述
1) 街道景觀建筑(zhu)照(zhao)明(ming)設計所述(shu)的壓力調(diao)節狀態; 當供(gong)氣流量增加到接近(jin)或超(chao)過(guo)流量上限值時,壓力流量控(kong)制系統進入上述(shu),所述(shu)的流量控(kong)制狀態。
2) 街道(dao)景觀(guan)建(jian)筑照明(ming)設(she)計(ji)當調節器(qi)出現故障導致(zhi)供(gong)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力超過壓(ya)(ya)力上限值(zhi)達到一定范圍(wei)時(shi),監控(kong)(kong)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)自動( 或由專(zhuan)用控(kong)(kong)制器(qi)啟動) 投入工(gong)作,以(yi)維持下(xia)游供(gong)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力在一個(ge)安全、合(he)理范圍(wei)。此時(shi),系統處于自力式壓(ya)(ya)力調節狀態,不能控(kong)(kong)制供(gong)氣(qi)流量。
3) 若 調節閥(fa)出(chu)現故(gu)障后(hou),監控(kong)(kong)調壓器也出(chu)現故(gu)障,不(bu)能控(kong)(kong)制下(xia)(xia)游壓力時,安全切斷閥(fa)則自動( 或由(you)專用控(kong)(kong)制器/站(zhan)(zhan)控(kong)(kong)系統(tong)) 切斷該(gai)回(hui)路氣(qi)源,并由(you)站(zhan)(zhan)控(kong)(kong)系統(tong)開啟備用回(hui)路,關閉故(gu)障回(hui)路,以確保連續供氣(qi)及下(xia)(xia)游管道、設備和(he)系統(tong)的安全。
4) 街道景(jing)觀(guan)建筑(zhu)照明(ming)設計壓力(li)流(liu)量控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)專(zhuan)用控(kong)(kong)制器應向站控(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)傳遞本系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)的各種運行狀態參數,如: 壓力(li)、閥門開度等(deng)狀態信(xin)息(xi)。控(kong)(kong)制器應具有就地顯(xian)示功(gong)能(neng),能(neng)夠顯(xian)示壓力(li)流(liu)量控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)實時的工作狀態、故障(zhang)信(xin)息(xi)( 如: 調節閥開度,壓力(li)信(xin)號(hao)錯誤(wu)、設備故障(zhang)等(deng)) ,并(bing)能(neng)顯(xian)示設定值。
控制(zhi)(zhi)器能夠預先設(she)(she)定(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)上(shang)限(xian)(xian)值、24 h 或(huo)168 h 流(liu)量(liang)上(shang)限(xian)(xian)值( 即(ji)限(xian)(xian)制(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)量(liang)曲線) ,并根據預設(she)(she)流(liu)量(liang)上(shang)限(xian)(xian)值對流(liu)量(liang)進行(xing)控制(zhi)(zhi),保(bao)持實際供(gong)氣流(liu)量(liang)不超過流(liu)量(liang)上(shang)限(xian)(xian)值。控制(zhi)(zhi)器有良好的調節特性輸出,能夠控制(zhi)(zhi)出口壓(ya)(ya)力(li),限(xian)(xian)制(zhi)(zhi)最(zui)(zui)大(da)(da)流(liu)量(liang)時(shi),保(bao)持出口的最(zui)(zui)高設(she)(she)定(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)( 壓(ya)(ya)力(li)上(shang)限(xian)(xian)值) 。當實際流(liu)量(liang)等于最(zui)(zui)大(da)(da)設(she)(she)定(ding)(ding)流(liu)量(liang)時(shi),保(bao)持流(liu)量(liang)不超過最(zui)(zui)大(da)(da)設(she)(she)定(ding)(ding)流(liu)量(liang),不保(bao)持出口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)。
壓力(li)和流(liu)量(liang)控(kong)制的(de)(de)切換過(guo)程(cheng)要求(qiu)十分平(ping)(ping)穩,不能(neng)使(shi)(shi)被調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)節對象出現(xian)大的(de)(de)擾動。在(zai)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)節閥(fa)工作時,向上的(de)(de)超(chao)(chao)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)量(liang)應(ying)盡可(ke)能(neng)小。當改變(bian)控(kong)制器設(she)定(ding)值后(hou),系統調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)節平(ping)(ping)滑,超(chao)(chao)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)量(liang)很小,或無超(chao)(chao)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao),不能(neng)由于(yu)超(chao)(chao)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)量(liang)過(guo)大導致(zhi)監控(kong)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)壓器動作,甚(shen)至(zhi)使(shi)(shi)安全切斷閥(fa)關閉。要求(qiu)每次(ci)改變(bian)設(she)定(ding)值的(de)(de)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)節周期小于(yu)15 min。
街道景(jing)觀建筑照明設(she)計(ji)正常供(gong)氣(qi)情況下,安全(quan)切斷閥和(he)(he)(he)(he)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器處于全(quan)開(kai)位置,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力流量控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器站場(chang)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力、流量上(shang)限設(she)定(ding)值、實時供(gong)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力和(he)(he)(he)(he)流量信號,通過(guo)調(diao)(diao)節(jie)閥對(dui)供(gong)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力和(he)(he)(he)(he)流量進行調(diao)(diao)節(jie)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。當調(diao)(diao)節(jie)閥出(chu)現(xian)故障,無法控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)下游(you)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力時,監(jian)控(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器開(kai)始(shi)工作,以(yi)維持下游(you)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力的(de)安全(quan)范(fan)圍(wei)。若監(jian)控(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器也出(chu)現(xian)故障,不能(neng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)下游(you)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力時,安全(quan)切斷閥則自動切斷氣(qi)源,同時控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器開(kai)啟(qi)備用回路,以(yi)保證下游(you)管道和(he)(he)(he)(he)設(she)備的(de)安全(quan)。
